#not Me is an experimental one woman show with performative elements of video and sound design about a woman in isolation who is trying to recover her life by facing her own past. A woman who is her own judge, who accuses herself of trying to find out where she went wrong, a woman who reconstructs her life in a live diary, trying to recover her own femininity. A woman who has never spoken now rediscovers her voice, a stream of words, feelings, some meaningful, others without immediate meaning. The show is a puzzle. Fragments of stories, fragments of life try to recompose into a unitary whole. Everything is seemingly meaningless, just like in any Beckettian universe. The main character tries to put the events together, but the spectator has the last task to recreate the story.
*** The show uses special effects of light and sound and is not recommended for children, pregnant women, people suffering from epilepsy, those with pacemakers or those with photosensitivity.
